There is no Rocket Science Behind this method! Most of you already know the answer it's Called Calorie Deficit!
What is Calorie Deficit? Well, in simple words it means to Burn more than you Consume.
Calories BURNED > Calories Consumed;
Example;
If a person's calorie intake is 1800 calories a day, consider this data on average. Then if the person either he/she burns 2000 calories during the day, we can assume that the person achieved a Calorie Deficit of (2000 - 1800 = 200) calories. Which is a decent number to Lose weight in the long run.
To attain Calorie Deficit you need to be Disciplined. As you will get more Results, the more Discipline you can maintain ! Consistency matter above all.

FACT: If you Have a Total Calorie Deficit of 3500 calories approx. in a week, You may lose 1 Pound(lb) of Fat.
Increase Calories Burned:
If you are an Active Person, who visits GYM often or plays any kind of Sport on a daily basis may have an upper edge over an average non active person. An Active Person has the advantage because he does more physical work, as a result burns more Calories.
This Concludes that if you can't reduce your Calorie Intake, then probably one should look for ways to increase overall Physical activity/Physical work, like:- Join a GYM and focus on Cardiovascular Exercises, Play a Fast sport as Football, Lawn Tennis, Badminton, etc. By doing this the Total Calories burn will increase and if we maintain the same calorie intake then a Calorie Deficit is Formed.
SUMMARY:-
- Increase calories burned.
- Maintain the Calorie Intake.
- Increase volume of Exercising.
- Focus more on Cardio.
- Play Sports of your choice Regularly.

Decrease Calorie Intake:
There are several ways to Decrease Calorie Intake.
Focus on Diet, that's the only and main point in this topic. Eat food that is more in energy but less on Calories. like: Vegetables Salad, Fruits,etc. Avoid JUNK Food or Processed foods.
Avoid Sugary food, as processed sugary food may increase your calorie intake drastically. Drink Black Coffee or Green Tea without added sugar as this healthy drinks may improve your Metabolism. Good Metabolic Activity in your body will help reduce Fat.

One can try Intermittent Fasting!!
Intermittent Fasting basically means to eat for a certain Time Window. A 16 Hours fasting period is Advisable to increase results, that means one has a window for eating of almost 8 hours. I personally started Intermittent fasting and it showed results over a long run. I used to fast from 9:00 P.M-12:00 P.M.
